We summarize what cited public sources reported. Those sources can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and so can our summaries. Statuses can change after a project’s “last verified” date. Data licence

Our project data is licensed under CC BY-NC 4.0, with an exception that lets news outlets and journalists, including commercial publications, use it in news reporting with credit. Details are in the data licence section of the About page. Source articles and filings belong to their publishers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Ontario.
