Sponsorship policy

GTA Pre-Con Watch is free. To cover costs we may sell a small number of sponsored placements under these rules.

Flat fee, clearly labelled

Sponsorships are flat-fee placements only, such as a sponsor message in the newsletter or a sponsor slot on the site. Every placement is clearly labelled “Sponsored” and kept visually separate from project data.

Sponsors never influence the data

Sponsors have no say over which projects we list, how we word statuses, or what we correct. Sponsorship can’t buy removal, delay or softer wording of any entry.

Money we refuse

• We accept no money from parties in any case we track: builders and developers, lenders, receivers, monitors or trustees, or law firms acting in those cases.
• We accept no referral fees, per-lead fees or affiliate commissions from lawyers or realtors. We don’t sell reader contact details.
